Usain bolt wins treble, beats Gatlin to 9.81sec

The fastest man in the planet won 100m race for the third time beating two-time doping offender Justin Gatlin to be the fastest man for three times in a row.

The beautiful day roll on for bolt, who will leave the Olympic stage with triple 100m champion after adding Rio gold to the titlesame he won in beijing and London. With the big crowd in the stadium rooting for him,the most recognize athlete on the planet arrived with his familiar track-devourging surge after a slow start to win narrowly in a time of 9.81secs.Gatlin took silver in 9.89secs with Andre De Grasse the bronze.

There will be a new champion in Tokyo in 2020 but we have four more years  to think of bolt as master of his art.

People in track and field worry constantly about how the sport will cope when bolt is gone.after this three peat, you can see why.

He has come through every test his gift has set him.every time he wins a race of his magnitude he present the physical capabilities of humans  in a compelling light.

His mission here is to complete the triple-triple,the 100m 200m and 4 x 100m relay at three successive Olympic games, thereby taking his gold medal collections to nine.

Gatlin,on the other hand,is regarded as a symbol of weak governance, and the crowd in Rio knew where they stood, chanting Bolt's name ecstatically in the semi-finals and booing and groaning in Gatlin's direction, winning silver in a 9.86secs while Andre won bronze in a 9.94secs.

Gatlin's defence has always been that there is clear medical ambiguity over his first positive test,in 2001,and that he has served his time and therefore fully entitled in challenging bolt supremacy under the rules as they stand.

"You know,I have gone off and served my time.I have done everything i needed to do to be able to come back,"Gatlin's say.

The second ban kept Gatlin out from 2006 until 2010 after his eight years ban was halved.but, since that time,in global championship,he has only ever felt the whoosh of bolt as the Jamaican giant flew by.yet again it happened to him in Rio.

Most previews had him blasting out before feeling the familiar air displacement of Bolt going by.How could Gatlin not have a psychological block about his nemesis?expecially after he came so close in last year's world championships but still went home with silver.

Bolt has never had such sense of doubt, instead he has an acute sense of his own place in the competition, and his ability to come first in these suffocatinly tense occasion.this unbreakable confidence has sustained him for eight years ever since he made his breakthrough in Beijing where he practically waltzed over the line with his long, lean stride.that period was arguably his greatest.the following year he broke the world record, gliding home in 9.58secs,a mark that has stood for seven summers.

In an interview this summer,Bolt admitted "what I have always wanted, was to be great".he said:"for me,it means being remembered, people talk about sports all the time, and I want to be a part of that conversation.you know what I mean?

"When they talk about great,it's always Mohammed Ali,Michael Jordan,Pele.I want to be a part of that conversation so when they talk about the great they say Mohammed Ali,Michael Jordan,Pele and Usain bolt."

He is already in that company,as surely he must know.this was a hard season for him, which make the win more remarkable.

He suffered a grade one hamstring tears and had not run faster more than 9.88secs heading into Rio, which left him fourth on the world list.he has a talent for nullifying setbacks.

This memories he has laid down for the world Olympic 100m,from Beijing to London to Rio,lighting up every stadium with his presence, his smooth brilliance.even everyone can testify, lightning has struck thrice.
